From Humble Beginnings
Apostolic Lighthouse Christian Church was founded in November 1999 by Bishop Lawrence K. Pate. With humble beginnings, the first service took place in a living room of a small apartment in Fontana. The first members of the church were none other than the Pate family members Bishop Larry Pate, wife Minister Patricia Pate, sons Elder L.J. and Elder David Pate and daughter Sister Bridgette Fields (Pate). Since then, the Lord has richly blessed the ministry as it continues to prosper and grow in the heart of Rialto, California.

Here at Lighthouse Christian Church, we believe that GOD is one, omnipotent, omniscient and omnipresent. He is Father in creation, Son in redemption and Holy Ghost in His comforting, keeping and transforming power. We believe in the baptism in the Name of the LORD Jesus Christ (Acts 2:38, 8:16, 10:47, 19:5); for Jesus said “I come in my Father’s Name” (John 5:43) and “The Holy Spirit the Father will send in My name” (John 14:26); and that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in His name beginning at Jerusalem (Luke 24:40).

Our mission is to impact the Inland Empire through the love of GOD. Using our ministries, resources and most importantly through our individual lives, we strive to bring the fragrance of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ to all that are looking for everlasting life.
To first, and foremost, be a powerful spiritual influence in the Inland Empire. To be a center of Worship of the LIVING GOD, in the name of JESUS CHRIST. To enable all that are seeking, to find the place in GOD that HE intended for them and function victoriously.
